Where your planners stay in charge — and AI earns its place quietly
Pelangi Forge works alongside Malaysian logistics teams to introduce careful AI assists into trade lanes, ETA tracking, and network review. No hand-off of decisions. No black-box rollouts.
Three measured engagements — built for Malaysian operations
Each service is scoped to a clear deliverable. We sit with your team, map what's there, and suggest where AI can assist — without replacing the people who know the lanes.
Lane & Node Diagnostic
We map one or two of your trade lanes — typically Port Klang to a regional hub or a manufacturing site to a distribution centre. Three months of order data reviewed, coordination gaps identified.

What working with us looks like in practice
Planners stay in charge
Every customer-facing decision stays with your team. AI surfaces information; your planners act on it.
Written deliverables
Each engagement ends with a written brief — not a dashboard with no context. You get findings your team can act on.
Malaysia-based advisory
We understand Port Klang, Penang Port, and the Peninsular trade corridors — no generic offshore playbooks.
RMCD-aware guidance
Our retainer clients receive updates aligned to Royal Malaysian Customs Department changes as they occur.
Read-only integrations
We connect to your TMS with read-only access. No write permissions, no risk to your live operations during the supervised period.
Bilingual support
Training materials and clinics are available in Bahasa Malaysia and English for your full planning team.
Questions planners usually ask us first
What does "AI assist" actually mean — does it take over decisions?
No. An AI assist is a tool that surfaces information faster — refined ETAs, grouped exception clusters, carrier pattern summaries. Every action taken with that information remains with your planner. We design specifically to keep humans accountable for customer-facing outcomes.
How much access do you need to our TMS?
For the ETA & Exception Co-Pilot, we integrate with read-only credentials. We see shipment data and historical records; we cannot write to your system, alter bookings, or affect live operations. This is documented clearly before the engagement starts.
How long does a Lane & Node Diagnostic take?
Typically two to three weeks from kick-off to written brief. We schedule sessions with your planners, review three months of shipment records, and deliver a prioritised findings document. There is no ongoing commitment required after the diagnostic.
We already use a third-party TMS. Can you still work with it?
In most cases, yes. During the diagnostic phase we note your TMS and WMS stack. If integration is straightforward, we proceed. If your system requires custom work, we document that honestly and let you decide before any further investment.
What happens if we want to pause the retainer engagement?
The Network Stewardship Retainer is a monthly arrangement. You can give one month's notice to pause or close. We design the brief cycle so your team retains all written outputs and is not dependent on our continued involvement to use them.
Do you handle data from our suppliers and freight partners?
Yes, and we treat all data shared with us as confidential to your operation. We work within Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 framework and document how data flows through the engagement before work begins.
