Three engagements built around how Malaysian logistics teams actually work
Each service is scoped to a clear deliverable. Diagnostic, co-pilot rollout, or monthly stewardship — choose the one that fits where your team is now.
Back to HomeHow we approach every engagement
Before any AI assist is suggested, we read three months of your shipment data. We sit with your planning team, note where decisions are made manually, and map which of those decisions might benefit from better-surfaced information.
We don't recommend tools we haven't reviewed against your actual stack. TMS platform, WMS structure, carrier data feeds — we understand those before writing a single finding. The result is advice that fits what you have, not what an ideal implementation would look like.
Scope agreement
Written scope document agreed before any data is accessed. You know what we will see and what we will deliver.
Data review & team sessions
Three months of shipment data reviewed alongside sessions with your planning coordinators and TMS operators.
Findings & recommendations
Prioritised written brief covering coordination gaps and where AI assists could help — in the manifest brief format your ops team can use directly.
Supervised rollout (Co-Pilot only)
Six-week supervised period with weekly team clinics. Model behaviour reviewed against live shipment data before handover.
Lane & Node Diagnostic
A short engagement that maps one or two of your trade lanes — typically Port Klang to a regional hub or a manufacturing site to a distribution centre. We sit with your planners, review three months of orders and shipments, and identify where careful AI assists could ease coordination. The deliverable is a written brief with prioritised suggestions and notes on integration with your TMS or WMS.
- Trade lane mapping with coordination gap analysis
- Carrier selection support and ETA refinement notes
- Exception summarisation assessment
- TMS/WMS integration compatibility notes
- Written brief with prioritised recommendations

What we hold ourselves to across every engagement
Data privacy under PDPA 2010
All shipment and planning data is handled within Malaysia's PDPA framework. Written data handling notes are provided before access is granted.
Read-only system credentials
Integration is always read-only. We provide a written access log at close of engagement. No write permissions, no exceptions.
Scoped before started
Every engagement starts with a written scope document. No surprises about what data we review or what we deliver.
Planner oversight maintained
We design every assist around keeping planners accountable for customer-facing decisions. AI informs; your team decides.
Vendor-neutral stance
We do not earn referral fees from AI platform providers. Our recommendation reflects only what fits your operation and stack.
Written outcomes you own
All findings, playbooks, and summaries are delivered as documents you keep. There is no access-dependent dashboard that expires with the contract.
